    What we built

    RocketSkip is a skip tracing and AI scoring platform built for real estate investors, wholesalers, and agents. Upload a list of names and addresses and get back verified phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses, and full property details for every record.

    The differentiator is the AI Scoring layer. Every enriched property is analyzed against ownership, listing, mortgage, distress, and behavioral signals to produce a seller-intent score. Operators dial the high-score leads first instead of burning hours on cold rows.

    Model validation: over 100,000 leads tracked across an 18-month window — 98% of leads that eventually sold had been flagged as high-score by RocketSkip's AI before the sale.

    Ships with single + bulk skip tracing, a full list builder with quick-list templates and property filters, wallet-based billing, admin control plane, and support ticketing.

    Single + bulk skip tracing

    Trace one address or upload a CSV/Excel list (up to 20MB, 2,800+ rows tested). Up to 10 phone numbers per contact and results in 15 minutes or less.

    Guided column mapping

    Multi-step upload flow auto-detects columns (FirstName, LastName, RecipientAddress, City, State, Postal Code) and lets the user approve mapping before charging — no wasted skip credits on bad files.

    Built-in list builder

    Pull targeted lists by location + filter type: Absentee Owner, Active Auction, Cash Buyer, Corporate Owned, Foreclosure, Expired Listing, Distressed, Mortgage, and more — with live matched-record counts and estimated cost before purchase.

    Wallet + pay-per-match billing

    Wallet balance top-ups, coupon codes, and pay-per-skiptrace pricing (only charged for matches). Transparent quote before every job, difference refunded to wallet.

    Admin control plane

    Full admin dashboard: orders (956), registrations (401), revenue ($19K MTD), total skip traces (284K+), monthly volume trends, and order-status pie (Completed / Pending / Draft / Error).

    Customer dashboard + integrations

    Per-customer order history, 7/30/90/all-time filters, reports, integrations, and in-app support tickets. Quick-actions for Single Skip, Bulk Skip, AI Scoring, and List Builder.
