## The challenge

REI Broadcast needed a clean, professional website that communicated a technically complex product simply — broadcasting to thousands of contacts simultaneously, with features like voicemail detection, customized caller ID, and live answer detection that all need clear explanation without overwhelming a real estate investor audience that isn't necessarily technical. The site also needed to convert free signups while building confidence in the platform's reliability and compliance.
